About
Hello, I’m Helen Taylor, a qualified professionally registered counsellor and hypnotherapist based in Horsham, West Sussex offering therapy both in-person and online across the UK. I am registered on the BACP and National Hypnotherapy Society.

I offer counselling, hypnotherapy, and creative approaches to support you through whatever life is bringing your way. I work with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, loss, trauma and relationship difficulties.
My special interests include working with women and men struggling with fertility issues, pregnancy loss, baby loss, PCOS, endometriosis and hormonal health, including the menopause. I also have an interest in supporting young people and often work creatively with people. I find this can offer another way to explore issues in a gentle way.
Life can feel like a struggle sometimes…
Maybe you’re navigating anxiety, past trauma, or painful relationship patterns or perhaps you’re simply feeling stuck, lost or unsure how to move forward due to self-doubt or have a sense that something isn’t quite right.
Whatever brings you here, know that you’re not alone and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.
Together we weave your unique journey
Like a patchwork quilt, therapy with me honours every piece of your story, creating something strong, beautiful and uniquely yours. No two journeys are the same that’s why I offer a range of tools and techniques to meet your unique needs.
My approach is creative, compassionate, and collaborative. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening for you. This is your space to explore safely, grow gently, and move at your own pace toward change that feels meaningful and lasting.
You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, or simply longing for something to shift, therapy can offer a space to reconnect with yourself, with your needs, and with your hopes for the future.
I work with adults, teens and young people around a range of issues, including bullying, trauma, anxiety, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, low self-confidence, phobias, habits, illness and life transitions.
