There are some experiences in life that are difficult to put into words.

Struggles with fertility, miscarriage, hormonal conditions like PCOS, or early menopause can leave us feeling isolated, overwhelmed, or invisible.

You might be grieving something no one else even knows you’ve lost. You may feel like your body has betrayed you, or like you’re somehow falling behind while the rest of the world moves on. Maybe you’re carrying shame, anger, sadness, or numbness and not sure where to take it.

These are deeply personal experiences, and often very private ones. You might have heard phrases like “just relax and it will happen,” “at least you can try again,” or “it’s just part of life.” And yet, those words often miss the point.

Because it’s not just about the event, it’s about how it makes you feel.

You’re Not Imagining It, This Is Hard

Whether you’re:

  • Dealing with the uncertainty and rollercoaster of fertility treatment
  • Living with PCOS and struggling with body image or identity
  • Experiencing miscarriage or recurrent loss
  • Facing an early menopause and grieving what might have been

These experiences touch on your sense of self, your hopes, your relationships, and your future. They can leave you feeling emotionally stuck, disconnected from your body, or unsure how to speak about what you’re going through.

When it's hard to talk about fertility, loss and hormonal health

You Deserve Support That Feels Safe

You don’t need to have the “right” words or fit into a particular category to seek support. In therapy, there’s space for your whole experience,  even the messy, confusing, or conflicting parts. There’s no pressure to be positive or resilient. Just room to be real.

As a therapist, I’m passionate about creating a calm, non-judgemental space where women can talk openly, or explore creatively , what they’re carrying. Sometimes we talk. Sometimes we use imagery, metaphor, or journaling. Sometimes, where appropriate, I offer hypnotherapy to gently support emotional regulation or reconnection with the body.

Every session is shaped around you. It’s your story, your pace, your voice.

You Are Not Alone

If you’re feeling stuck, raw, or weighed down by experiences related to fertility, loss, PCOS, or hormonal changes, please know this: you’re not broken, you’re not being dramatic, and you’re not alone.

You deserve support that sees you not just as a body, a diagnosis, or a statistic,  but as a whole person, navigating something incredibly real.

Therapy won’t change the past, but it can change how you carry it.

If this resonates with you, and you’re looking for a gentle, compassionate space to explore what’s going on, you’re very welcome to reach out.
